Shipping Policy

Please read our policies carefully. We want to ensure every customer is treated fairly, and as such we cannot make exceptions to these policies. We are happy to discuss any questions or concerns, so feel free to send us an email at welcome@marthamovesup.com

-Your order will be shipped via USPS.

-Please make sure you use a valied mailing address.

- We can not replace an order with an incorrect address submitted by the purchaser. Please check your address before completing your order. 

-Please allow 5-7 days to recieve your order.

-Carrier may place your order in the following locations, please check:

               Mailbox

               Porch

               Garage

               Any area out of potential weather hazards

               Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed

               Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.

               Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.

               In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.

Digital Download Purchases

Your final product will be sent via email.  No physical item will be shipped. You are responsible for printing your product.
